As part of the OpenRegioCulture project of Interreg Europe, we (Visit Zuid-Limburg and the municipality of Heerlen) are carrying out a survey into the accessibility of cultural and natural locations and services in South Limburg.

The aim of this project is to improve the accessibility of culture and nature for people with a disability and/or diverse needs (including physical, visual, auditory and cognitive impairments), through the exchange of experience and knowledge between different European countries. Do you have a disability and/or diverse needs yourself? Or are you a family member or carer of someone with a disability and/or diverse needs?

Then we would like to hear your perspective on the accessibility of culture and nature in South Limburg.

With this online questionnaire we want to map the current situation and your experiences with the accessibility of culture and nature in South Limburg.

We also want to identify the barriers and challenges you encounter when visiting cultural and natural locations and services.

Your perspective and experiences are very valuable to us. We hope you will take the time to take part in this survey.

You can complete the online questionnaire via this link: forms.gle/UAv7oahZvxvUZmKw6

Completing the questionnaire takes no more than 15 minutes. Please fill it in by 20 September at the latest.
