We only use your data to handle your report, question or message and to contact you. Forms on this website are delivered to the platform as email via a processing service (Resend). We never sell your data and do not share it with others, unless this is needed to resolve your report (for example with the municipality of Heerlen) and you agree to it.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and does not follow you. So there is no cookie banner to click away either.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than needed to handle your report or question.

Your rights

You may always ask which data we hold about you. You may also have it corrected or deleted. To do so, send an email to info@samentoegankelijkheerlen.nl. You will receive a reply within four weeks.
